District 6 Visits College of Lake County

Today, Jessika Pencak from Human Resources at Zion Elementary School District 6 presented to future educators at the College of Lake County about the importance of teachers, along with the types of requirements that exist to become a teacher. "Being a teacher is more than just teaching, it is about caring for our students and families, learning, listening to them, and understanding them.” She concluded with offering her personal experience of being in a position where you can make a difference in the lives of students and families.
